Ara Malikian, a violinist of Lebanese-Armenian descent, will be touring Belgrade, at the Sava Center on May 21, 2020.
The Royal garage tour, featuring the album of the same name, covers the world’s largest capitals in which Ara performs in the most prestigious concert halls and theaters: London, Paris, New York, Moscow, Rome, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima, Mexico City, Beijing, Hong Kong, Madrid, Berlin, Belgrade…

Ara Malikian is today a world-renowned artist, the biggest star among violinists today. He is often portrayed as a Lebanese virtuoso with Armenian spices. The classically educated musician has over the years blended music from different cultures, including Spanish flamenco, Argentine tango as well as gypsy music. His interpretation is rooted in Arab and Jewish culture. They often perform rock songs and movie hits at a concert.

Born in 1968. He lives in Madrid. He has recorded more than 40 albums and produced many plays.
For his musicality and virtuosity as a young violinist, he was awarded the Niccolo Paganini Award. He tells himself that he wants to become Paganini in Jimmy Hendrix’s suit.
